Just last month I purchased the Hopkins Agility Trailer Brake Controller with harness, plug and go. Well, it didn't go as planned. There was no brake signal going to the unit from the truck brake pedal, red wire. I had power coming from the truck, black wire, but no brake signal. Took it to the dealer and they told me the truck was good. Prior to that, I tried two car trailers, UHaul and a local RV shop and they both told me the same thing, no brake signal go too the unit. Of course I can use a jumper wire from the brake pedal but my truck is under warranty. After all said and done, I went to the dealer and purchased a factory trailer brake control module and used a coupon from the website below. 15% off

Hi, and I assume you plugged it in and it worked after it was set up with no problems? Wish I had the factory one but I had a controller from previous truck so just bought the adapter harness to switch it over to the current truck, and it worked ok
