Auto up/down windows

Had an issue with my drivers window refusing to Auto Up the last few days, not really sure what triggered it but was really bothering me.

Anyways simple fix, I had a 2001 Mercedes clk, frameless window coupe, if the battery was ever disconnected the windows would stick 4" from close, (they Auto crack down to allow the door to open) so all a guy had to do was hold the window switch up for 5-10 seconds to "learn" the window position.

Tried that with the pickup and tada, Auto up on the window works again. Just lost window position memory. no parts

Took mine to dealer and he showed me how to fix it. Raise and lower the window with the button, don't use auto feature. When it gets all the way raised continue to hold the button in the raise position for 2 to 5 seconds. It should reset and work again.
