Mine - and many others - has had the same problem. My cost to repair - out of my pocket - was $2740. That EGR cooler is now fully covered under the extended warranty associated with the Emissions settlement, so should be repaired at no cost to you. It's clearly an item documented as being in that settlement's extended warranty, so be sure to make your dealer aware of it!I have just been told my EGR cooler is eating my coolant cost 2300++++ so what can I do that would work and be less$$$$
