How often should you clean the EGR tube?

Assuming the truck is stock, and depending on now the vehicle has been driven, the entire intake and ports should probably be cleaned every 100,000 - 150,000 miles for optimum performance.

Do the codes P2D2D & P2OOA, P2OOB & P2D2E relate to this necessity for EGR tube cleaning? 2015 Ram 1500 w/ 40K I cannot find a listing for these code values.

I'm not sure about those codes. I would take it to a reputable dealer for a diagnosis. 40,000 miles is LOW mileage for a 2015 truck1
