ENGINE OVERHEATING AND BLOWING COLD AIR

Hi All,

My heater won't work AND my engine is over heating at the same time. Any ideas what's going on? There is a loud noise (even after shutting off the motor!) sounds like a fan gone amok. HELP! Thank you, MrgDog.

I have a 2016 Longhorn that did the exact same thing just a day or so ago, truck is still in the shop.
