Extended Warranty / New engine

Hi all,
Back in 2016 I bought 2014 EcoDiesel/Longhorn with a certified wrap. Loved it until timing chain broke and took out the engine at approx 87K miles. Mopar/Dodge paid for new engine. I am now up to 92K miles on truck / approx 8K on the new engine etc. Wanted to buy another extended warranty as I am now paranoid about my engine. But the cost is astronomical? Any words of wisdom?
