Hi,

First post... Im Swedish so excuse the English.
Earlier in my life i had a ED but that was about 6 years ago :) Now i found one on bancruptcy auction with some fixes and couldnt keep my tringer finger from the mouse...
I have a ´14 ED that i have removed all the emissions stuff on, i gutted the dpf/doc and scr cats, also EGR removed and swirl flaps OFF.
I have had for while with my current tune, which is a local Swedish tuner not specialising in US vehicles, when im in constant speed i get a p0299 code, and ive checked with the alfaobd app and its that my boost isnt following the demanded boost enough. Thinking maybe half stuck turbo actuator? I can move it with a diagnostic tool, but not to 95% whatever that means the software only has 77%, 95%, 5%, 16% 56%...
When i floor it sometimes i get a p062b that is something with internal fuel management... and also sometimes after i get p1296 which is egr flow too low.
When i did the the DTC lookup here on the forum the codes arent the same description as in alfaobd, so are these codes oin the forum the correct? :) They make more sense to me... p0299 are the same either way.

Anyone have any idea were to start this journey?
Tried leak testing but only manage to test from the "intake silencer" because my test set only has these plastic inserts and no hose to pull over. DIdnt find any leaks, but have only tried like 10psi....
