Intake manifold tightening pattern and torque spec

I know I saw this somewhere, but I can't seem to track it down..... does anyone know the tightening pattern and torque spec for the intake manifold?

Can anyone verify the removal of the fuel lines and what needs to be done when putting them back on or if you 100% have to buy new ones to reinstall? fuel rail has 2 b Removed from left side re use them
