Hey All -

Hoping someone can help. I have a 2014 ecodiesel at about 103,000 miles. Replaced injectors this weekend trying to chase down a noise. After reassembly (many thanks to @TC Diesel for his time on the phone) it's making a 'wumping' sound when under some demand on throttle. The intercooler pipes are pushing out of fittings (not all the way) as though it's under significant pressure. Also the smell of burned diesel is under the hood and in the cab when sitting still. I did remove both intercooler pipes when working and have re-tightened the clamps to very snug pressures. Any ideas? Am I missing something obvious?

Thanks
