Intermittent check engine light P2600

Hi I just purchased my EcoDiesel used with 90000 kms on it. It runs great but this week I've been getting a check engine light. It comes and goes every other day or so. Had it scanned and p2600 came up. Anyone else had this problem? Not sure what or where to start.

Thanks. Just wondering how to go about fixing this problem without taking it to the stealership. Not sure if anyone else has encountered this problem and or where to start my diagnosis

the only thing that comes to my mind is that code can't b right ecodiesel does not have a electric water pump
