Bought New 2018 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel.
put 53K on it,went into limp mode for dpf full,was in shop for 4 weeks. Dpf,egr,map sensor,intake manifold all changed out. Truck still would not take forced regen. Reset ecm all is well now. Was a real eye opener after going threw all this. I’m an oilfield worker and have been out of work last 19 months so I’ve got to keep this truck going.
I’m running banks derringer, afe cai, unplugged egr,and have installed catch can. All of the above was good for 4 mpg increase, better response and better sound. Looking to do oil bypass filtration and IC and bigger tubes.
