My Ram failed

Has anyone had experience with a 2019 ecodiesel totally failing. Mine went from fantastic to catastrophic in seconds.
All the oil dropped out the front of the motor in about a 100ft path on our rd. Dealership says motor is shot at 20,500miles. A new motor is ordered but I was wondering if anyone else has any experience like this
