OIL Bypass Filter ?

I am looking at putting on an Oil bypass filter from Insane Diesel on my 2015 outdoorsman 236K. Just wondering if anyone has put one on and results. It takes oil from the top of the oil filter and returns it though the oil fill cap. By doing this is it starving other parts of the engine, will the oil pump be able to keep to other parts?

Good luck I ordered parts back on the 28th of last month and they still yet to ship.
