P2002 Code - Diesel Particulate Filter

Newbie, here. I have a 2019 1500 Laramie EcoDiesel. It has 30,000 miles on it, and I am getting a Diesel Particulate Filter Below Efficiency code when my check engine light comes on. I turned the light off, and ran a can of Lucus Oil DPF cleaner through it - highway speeds for 350 miles. Now the light is back on. Is this something that is common? I read where replacing the DPF can cost $4k - what else could be going on?
