I called stern law today, and the girl said a court date in September has been set! She said to me to gather all the invoices, the cost of the truck, and for all the extra things I bought for my truck, including cap, flare fenders, decals, extended warranty, anything, including the cost of insurance from the time, I bought the bought my truck. I just ran the truck on a trip from NC to Pa, 1400 miles round trip plus whatever miles I drove while I was in Pennsylvania for six weeks. The truck it ran perfect for me with no problems. Remember I did not do any updates , I opted out. I did have the oil changed at the local Ram dealer place and sent out to Blackstone a sample to be processed and analysis prior to the trip. I have about 47000 miles on the truck now.
