My truck is indicating that the right taillight is out. But when i check it with the hazards on or the brake pedal all LEDs light up. i pulled the taillight out and put some electrical grease on the connector - thinking maybe oxidation..but no luck. When the light was pulled, i did notice the light wasa Certified part, light it was sourced from a company selling parts to a body shop. The CarFax does show one repair, but the entire truck looks great, so i wasn't too worried about a fender bender repair.

Mine did that, and it was the 3rd high mounted brake light bulb. Sometimes worked but dash msg didn't disappear until I replaced the bulb
