Hello guys,
From Australia here, dont own a truck but do own the jeep eco diesel.
Im replacing the turbo coolant hose with a silicone alternative hose.
Anyone done this? And how reliable is it vs the original part instead.
Also can someone please give me the torque specs on:
1.Turbo collant hose banjo bolts
2.intake manifold

Thanks

I’m about to start this process myself. I’m going to replace the entire line, I went with the braided line. How was the process for you? Do you have any tips?

Mine blew last year, I had the 1-piece line with braided hose put in. Moving the oil line out of the way was the big problem. They had to lift the cab off to get to the lower oil line banjo bolt so they had access to the upper coolant banjo bolt. It was expensive! If you can figure out an easier way, please share.
