Does anyone know what causes and how to fix this issue? When the 2018 truck is off the 3 buttons remain on (well they are lite up with a blue ring) on each.
These 3 lights are now always on, no matter what.
Also, I can't seem to get into the engineering menu to do a reset. Able to get into dealer menu with hot/cold + defrost.
Anyone know why those buttons stay on and how to fix it?
Idea on how to enter Uconnect engineering menu so I can try a soft reset?
