Looking for some advice, i recently bought a used 2015 Ram the the Eco in it and had to have the SCR replaced. When i asked about it being warrantied the dealer said it would not be able to warranty it! they think its because the truck originally came from Canada. The dealer in question did the V11 recall in May of this year so i told them that i could not understand how where it came from originally could make a difference in the warranty. I'm extremely frustrated and don't know where to push back at. I called on Chrysler customer care but they weren't much help either, they said my truck is registered. Now i have to send the invoice and receipt to them to try to get the bill reimbursed, but will take 30-60 days I'm told. Crazy deal here, anyone's advice as to were to take this next would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
