My 2019 EcoDiesel has 10200km on it. My computer shows I have 29% remaining before oil change is required. The Owner’s manual states to rely on the computer to tell me when service is required and to not exceed 16000 km. The Dealer tells me I am overdue and should have had service done at 8000 km. I called FCA Canada and they said that they would refer to the Dealer’s advise as they are the experts and I should rely on their advise. I don’t get it. The Manufacturers recommendations are very clear in their reference to the Owner’s manual and the truck’s information Center. I have had numerous diesels before this and have never had such a short service interval as recommended by the Dealer. Any comments?
