You aren't alone 2015 Outdoorsman
90 k motor ceased.
I dropped the oil pan and it's full of metal.
I ll never buy nothing Ram again
No they won't cover it. FCA just wants to forget about the eco.
Same happened to me on a 2015 Outdoorsman 90k.
Ram knows these motors are a ticking time bomb on the crank bearings there are more and more failures each day. I will never buy a ram again and I will tell Everyone that they produce junk and like to lie and cheat their way out of warrenty like...
It started downshifting hard from 3 to 2 then it started doing the same from2 to 1st . The day it went out my trans temps went to 245 I pulled over and waited for it to cool down. A hour later at a stop light I lost 1 and 2 nd and Reverse. I called the dealer they told me 2 weeks to even look at...
I am . However my truck is waiting offical diagnosis. It's a 2015 Outdoorsman 90k almost positive it's the crank bearings. I just replaced the trans at 87k. I ll know soon hopefully.
Yes buy it. The emissions warranty doesn't cover crank bearings from what I read. I could be wrong. But my truck is awaiting to be diagnosed and I think it is crank bearings its a 2015 Outdoorsman 90,000 miles. I am trying to decide if I should keep it and wait a few years for a after market...
That's cool I wish I had the knowledge to do that . Maybe you should start a business doing just that cause I think there's going to be a ton of work for you
I have a 2015 just happened to me Saturday I think they replaced your motor cause they know they put crap out there knowing it was going to break.I also think they know there's going to be a class action lawsuit that's going to make them keep making motors long after they wanted to stop (2035)
2015 Eco and I just replaced the trans at 87,000 now at 90,500 almost positive its the main bearings. Anyone else? I have 32000 miles towing mostly in town 7500#.
Anyone else have anything similar?
