Technically it’s not lemon law, it’s an act. I need to research it some more.

I was told by the dealer the factory warranty is either 5 years or 100 thousand miles. I was only at 82k when the engine blew up but only had 18 days left for my factory warranty. Truck was bought sept 30th 2014. I’ll have to buy the scan tool. Basically what I’ve gathered from this forum so far...

Sounds good. I had to drop my truck off at the dealer on 11/15 because the check engine light came on again. I’ll ask when I stop in there to pick it up. Getting tired dealing with all of these issues since the engine was replaced. I didn’t have one issue with the truck until the engine blew.
