    Possibly a fuel system problem

    I was driving approximately 40 mph pulling a boat on level ground I heard popping noises like the engine was stalling and saw two Puffs of either white smoke or feel missed through the rearview mirror the engine stalled and would not restart I looked underneath saw no fuel leaking towed home...

    I have a lot of battery experience so only batteries with weak sells will do that normally voltage will stay near 12 while cranking

    have 2007 w/6.7 diesel-looking to downsize to new 1500 with ecodiesel-looking for advise on the durability of this engine

    Mpg is nearly double high 20s highway but when towing back down to 13mpg I pulled 9,000 lb I also have issues with transmission overheating right at the top of my climb. I had 2008 3500 and I remember replacing that tranny every 36,000 MI so this one's at 80 no problems

    Try jump start the battery can read 12 volts but drop to 10 while cranking
