I have had my eco diesel since 9/1/2015. Recently 5/2019 had the emissions software update done, 31K miles, only previous problem was loss of throttle control. Now acceleration problems especially when engine is at ambient temperature. Now have three submissions for the settlement issue, 5/19...

Other than some strange codes accompanied with acute loss of power no problems on my 2015. I am using 10W40 full synthetic T6 from Wally World at $55. +/- 2.5 gallons (10 qts) with no concerns.

Thanks for the info. I am hopeful that the condition won't reappear as the warranty expires in a few months.

Cleared codes and updated powertrain control module, 11 mile test drive and returned to me.

Jim from FL. 2015 with 25084miles. 24.5 lifetime mpg. Recent problem: Acute power loss due to software glitch. Only required a reset. Codes P212300, P213800 P060B00 and P060D00 (all were throttle related codes) Cleared and instantaneous return to normal.
