So I purchased my Ram in summer 2019, used to pull a 5k pound rv to Texas coast and New Mexico and Arizona. We live in Oklahoma. Received our settlement check and hit 96k miles. No issues with it I just became uncomfortable, waiting for the darn thing to blow up. Sold it Carmax for 21,600...
I agree and believe it's a good idea to change the fuel filter. Be sure to use an original equipment filter that is flat surfaced not a ribbed filter. I have seen the expensive ribbed filters fail to the high pressure fuel pump. Mine did not fail but it was close to it with the paper bulging...
It's Important to use factory fuel filters. I used WIX 8k miles ago and changed the fuel filter then. It didn't fail but had 4 areas where it was bulging. I thought that with the extra surface area instead of a flat filter I was doing something good, ($35). Ordered 2 filters from Rock Auto...

2014 62k miles. No issues except some rodent damage to comm. wires that previous owner had repaired in 2014, they did not do a new factory wiring harness, just some zip ties. These came loose when I drove it on the beach at Padre Island and 4-wheeled it. $99 to repair at my mechanic. All...
Just purchased this vehicle and so far running great. I towed a 6k lb. rv to the Gulf, over 1k mile round trip and she worked like a champ. I did have the check engine light come on and then upon return (at work) it would not start, error message of transmission needs service traction control...
