New owner '14 Ram Eco Diesel

Just purchased this vehicle and so far running great. I towed a 6k lb. rv to the Gulf, over 1k mile round trip and she worked like a champ. I did have the check engine light come on and then upon return (at work) it would not start, error message of transmission needs service traction control. Finally started and took to the shop where they found a bundle of wires held together by zip ties. After repair it looks like the communication wires were jacked. 99 bucks to fix.

Question, what is the oil capacity on the crankcase? Some say 8 quarts, some 10.5. Thanks everyone,

10.5 for sure. 8 is for the grand cherokee

10L exactly, in Canada, Rotella T6 comes in 5L jugs, so two of those are perfect, the exact amount needed! No measuring, no left overs! That amounts to 10.5 Quarts.
