Have you gotten the new AEM update ? If you have gotten the update have you gotten GDE tune or any other tune yet.

My truck has 34k on it, after the AEM update truck drives like it has loss power. Engine will not shift out until the truck gets up to about 2500 rpms. Mpg dropped to about 24 on the hwy.

I would LOVE to know the answer to this question, I KNOW I will be getting the engine tune but I am on the fence about the trans tune.

You said that you were using Shell Rotella T6 in your truck, I decided to try Amsoil diesel engine oil. So far so good I’ve been getting great results with it. And I run a oem oil filter. I plan to get a GDE Engine and trans tune on down the road.

I feel the same way, I think that I will wait and see if Chev has a lot problems with this new engine. I think the inline 6 was the way to go.
