Change oil at 5k do your self a favor especially with diesels it get dirty fast. I regret selling my Eco Diesel maybe I had good luck no issues with mine and loved the low end torque. I might buy a 3rd gen or a chevy 3.0 diesel mid size truck.

Got the truck checked out the tuning is good turbo is good engine is good, still don’t know what the noise is.

...noticed this surging fluttering noise at around 2000rpm. I mainly hear at highway speeds and it can get pretty at times but sometimes i can hear it in town. I have checked all kinds of things , turbo is good but still haven’t found nothing, I’m starting to think it’s a tuning issue. Any ideas ?

I know it’s been a while for you but I’m about to order a banks intake manifold and was wondering if I need the throttle delete and if so is there additional tuning required? I have already done the stage 2 delete and tune. Think as in advance

No way to know without more info. You need that spoiled kid to tell you who did the tuning, who's, and what tune, Stage 1 (stock components tune)or Stage 2 (deleted components tune), Just because it doesn't use DEF doesn't mean it's deleted as you can turn off DEF with a stage 1 tune.

I don't know as I am not a deleter. My thoughts. Why not ask the person who told you what to do? Who did you buy it from? Ask them. Do a forum search. There are several deleters on the forum, maybe they will read your post and provide some help
