Yeah that should pop off. I’d grab it tight in your hand with the rest of the axle hanging and hit the cv knuckle with a hammer.

Maybe the splined end for the pumpkin comes out? I noticed mine have a lot of play when they go into the front diff but I don’t have any odd noises or clicking lol

Normally the fronts fall right off, I don’t think mine had holding screws on them, normally one good whack on the top and on the sides gets EM! Sounds like a bigger hammer may be in order 😎

As long as it’s the correct weight and has the correct additives I would not be too concerned but being a dealer I would think that they would put back engine specified oil
