Change out pipes? I haven't done intercooler pipes. I have done the charge pipes for the air filter and turbo (CAC tubes). I also added an oil catch can and took out the EGR diffuser tube and added "storage plates".

Hi. welcome! If you are deleted the only advantage to the recall update is having a newer cooler. Some of the other updates really aren't that necessary. You may have to call some dealers further away though that may be willing to help. Just a thought.
