Darrell, I just did the Stg 1 delete last week. I have 31K mi on my JGC. and Stg one is sufficient unless you have a coolant leak on your EGR cooler.
The pic shows the EGR Diffuser and wow was it gunked up at 31K mi.
So, I recommend just doing the Stg 1 delete at this time.

Wow, interesting article. I use acetone and atf 50-50 for penetrating oil and it is the best out there. I might try it but am interested in your results
