I've figured out once you find a good body shop you should just probably stick with them. That's what I done and don't regret it. I've heard many horror stories around body shops and how they "fix" things.
Welcome Arnold! I can't steer you either way but it should like an EcoDiesel would fit your needs perfectly. There are some horror stories out there but for the most part everyone loves there's EcoDiesels.
Since you say everything else is running fine vandalism is really your only option left. I would turn it in in insurance.. Otherwise out if pocket fixing your fuel system will not be cheap.
