I have ran my truck a week now and no issues since I changes the coolant bypass valve. Dont know why that would cause all my problems but if anyone can explain why please do.

put new coolant bypass valve on and not one code since replacing. Normally it comes on after 10 to 15 minutes of driving. Put over 200 miles on it since then. Hope that was the issue.
