Took the truck to the dealer since the EGR Cooler falls under the extended emissions warranty. They had another truck in the shop for the same thing, a cracked EGR Cooler. The truck was fixed in 6 hours today and the engine idle is even smoother. Great advice fellow members. Thanks

Hi: I have had mine new since Nov of 2016 and use it hard. After purchase the sending unit went out before delivery, after that no further problems until about 30k miles. Found that dealer replaced the sending unit but used same pump. Of course at a very busy intersection the truck died...
