so i drove my truck 125+ miles this mornin at an average speed of 70mph, and with 5 miles left in my trip the 80% filter warning came on. i would imagine that all that driving was enough to re gen the filter but apparently not. can anyone think of a reason that the filter wouldn't clesn itself...
yeah i was trying to make my way through that legal stuff but it makes my brain hurt reading it. i didnt see that number though. that will be my fist move i guess. thanks for sparing me more reading, for now lol.
i just bought my 2015 used, about 2 months ago. i had to bring it back for a broken reverse camera and i was told they took care of a recall. after they did that though, i noticed my mpg went from around 26 to 21. is it possible they did this update and didnt tell me?? and if so, where do i go...
I've been putting hotshots treatment in and ive definitely noticed a bit of pep in my pedal since. not much, but its supposed to boost the cetane rating by like 7.

i was looking in to green diesel engineering not long ago. they seem to be effective and have good customer reviews. i didnt dive too deep into it because i dont have the cash to get it but its something worth looking at.
hey everyone. i just bought a 2015 and im looking at what oil to put in. i found an article saying the recommended oil was switched in 2016 from pennzoil to shell rotella, but it seems some ppl arent sure if that includes the 2015 model or not. any info would help alot.
