2014 Ecodiesel Lonestar

I bought a 2014 Ecodiesel Lonestar August 2014. Turbocharger line leak when delivered, while being repaired the high frequency decoupler fractured allowing emissions in cab ( 2 trips to ER). Now, after several trips to the shop, and several miles later, I have an Electronic throttle control issue along with a P26AB and P0018 code. I hear there is no fix for this and the vehicle is defective. Has anyone had similar issues?

We've got numorous threads around the ETC problem. I'm not aware of one single solution to fix it at this time.
