2014 JGC w/ Eco Diesel DTC Code P203E

Bought this JGC new in 2014. Now has about 59K & Extended Warranty.
DTC Code P203E popped up and the dealer seems in no rush to address it.
DEF Gauge seems stuck at 1/4 tank despite me adding 5 gallons.
Just don't want to do any damage.

Your truck will notify you when you are low. dash display. sensor in system independent from gauge. Just for piece of mind.
