I was loosing just a slight amount of coolant over about 1,000 kilometers . The dealer replaced the cooler with very little trouble as there was no signs of a coolant leaking externally. The service manager told me that this is not a common problem with these engines but they do see it occasionally. He commented that it is uncommon for a cooler to leak this early. I think that I will probably be putting a delete kit and remove the DEF as well. There will be a near new updated cooler for sale in the near future. You can still buy the complete delete kit in Canada.
