2017 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel turns over but won't start

2017 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel turns over but won't start. OBD scanner live data shows about 4000 psi when turning engine over. Tank is full of fuel. It is not throwing any codes. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm stumped.
