More info would help. You don't say what year truck is, although not sure that makes a difference. Also the EVIC would say more than the filter is 100%, that would help.

The AlfaOBD program will allow you to do a stationary regen. The Edge Insight CTS2 will allow you to do an on the road regen depending on the truck year. Some have said to get on the road, get it up to the operating temp, and drive it hard to cause a regen. I'm not sure that works.

Good luck. Dealer has had my truck for 2 months now. Same problem.. Glo plug frozen in cylinder. They can't get it out. Tell me no new cylinders available. No engine available. I've been gone for 10 days and got info for new cylinders. Let's see what they tell me now.
Get rid if it if you can! Mine is a 2014. I did not do recall as I live in AZ and don't care about their emissions bull shit!
Loved my truck for the 7 years I've had it till now. Very sad. I'll let you know what happens.

So I'm going to ask for a bit back. Obviously there is no repair. I'll talk to them today.

They put me o
ff again. They are trying one more place. Can't afford to sue. Any class actions going for non regeneration issues.

I've been battling this issue as well.

All I've done amountsbto nothing as the programming will absolutely not allow a stationary regen (AlfaOBD) until the code (in my case p0428) is cleared BUT, the code will absolutnot clear regardless of what I do.

I posted elsewhere but, what I think is that, updated program flashes by Stellantis and dealers has disallowed this feature by "telling" ( thru updated programming) the PCM to ignore the B1S1 sensor and causing it to constantly reading high.
In my case, with the Alfa, the real-time sensor reading is 999° with key in "run" and cold, non-running engine, after installing a bench-tested and known GOOD sensor (two, actually) and a "tested good" pigtail.

It simply is not getting a reading from the pigtail/sensor.

Without access to the program lines, there is no way to tell what is going on inside the PCM. I mean, I don't have any of the super pricey scanners and certainly don't have the factory scanners or programs/access that the dealerships have so.....I'm apparently out of luck.

Has anyone else gotten anywhere with this common issue outside of paying the dealerships what I believe may be theft by computer program sabotage?

Opinions only, of course but, with all the issues I've had over my many years dealing with shady yeah shops, I have developed MASSIVE trust issues.

Most times it's easy enough to catch and prove but, with programming now, it has become much easier to do such things.

Add one line of program code and all manner of gremlins can pop up.

But maybe I'm just too jaded by now. But I will say that my own tech and mech knowledge and distrust has saved me tens of thousands of dollars in repair costs over the decades. So, maybe jaded is good?
