Truck Year
2020
So my issue started back in oct of last year my truck has 7500 miles and driving down to the city oil pressure light came on and clunking noise came from engine immediately pulled over and called road side assistance they came took the car to the nearest dealer they came back to say the engine had seized because supposedly there was a after market filter that was installed and it was incorrect I was confused I leased the truck straight from the dealer have not taken it for service because manual states 10,000 miles interval I have free oil changes and Iam being blamed for something I did not do it’s been a very stressful four months fca denied my claim and Lemon law lawyer says it’s a he/she said case idk how else to prove my innocence and after reading a few forums here I understand Iam not alone I believe they are making that as a excuse because the oil pan hasn’t even been dropped I also had the truck towed back 75miles back to the dealer I purchased from and they were also at no help simple charging me 15,000 grand for a vehicle that’s going back to them
