2104 eco diesel 1500 slow to accelerate

Does anyone know why my 2104 eco diesel 1500 is slow to accelerate. When I go to pass someone and floor it, it just barely makes a difference. Something with the cruise control on it will even slow down. Thank you in advance for your help.
