2nd engine to be replaced

blew an engine on a 2014 ecodiesel at 120,000 extend warranty replaced engine 3,000 miles later same thing what that? the first engine was but by local diesel, the guy did an awful job replacing body parts he removed was tow to dealer next county to reprogram, warranty company did not want me using dealer as labor rate was too high rather pay the difference than it blows up again. Metal in the oil pan and about 2.5 quarts on ground
