#3 Glow plug trouble code

Good morning everyone! New to the forum but I have been reading for a while. I have a 2015 Ecodiesel that's been throwing the P06bb trouble code(#3 glow plug) pretty much since I installed a GDE hot tune. Would it be reasonable to think that I just knocked something loose during the install? I did have to disconnect the glow plug control module as part of the GDE install, and I did a EGR defuser delete . Thoughts?

I have a 2015 ecodiesel RAM1500 3.0L with 59900 miles (just 100 miles warranty left) on it. Few weeks ago the check engine light was coming on and off. I went on vacation and when I came back the Glow plug light was flashing and I decided to go to the dealer to check it out. Thank God they say...
