Alert for Disconnected Crank case vent

I have an alert for a disconnected crank case vent hose. Where is that? I cant find anything online that is very clear.

Your crankcase ventilation system goes from your driver side front cover to your intake tubing pre turbo. You well need to remove your engine cover and there is a long black rubber hose. It can come loose right at the front cover its just held on with a plastic clip that you squeeze to remove.

Forgive me because I am ignorant to this. But how important is the Crankcase ventilation system being disconnected? And could the Crankcase Ventilation System been disconnected from my local dealership by putting on a new cooling system fan on my new used 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn crew cab 4 x 4 truck
