Cruising down the highway around 100kmh and suddenly the truck loses power felt like the turbo quit? then almost instantly a low oil light and automatically shut off due to lack of oil. Rolled my sad self about 500m to a (Lucky it was there) country store and parked. The bottom of the truck has oil covering pretty much everything from the bellhousing back and a quick walk down the highway confirmed it did in fact shoot out all 10 liters of one week old Rottela in about 3 seconds from start to finish. 2015 no warranty and I still owe $15k on it. This truck is the best and worst thing I have ever owned. Winter here so its parked in the backyard till I can come up with a plan until then I now drive a 2010 grand caravan..... No real point to the post just devastated and need to vent. thanks for reading.

Sorry to hear about your engine letting go . Was it the original engine . What milage does it have . I'm on tender hooks every time I take mine out . Listening for every single strange noise . Mine is 2014 with 224000 km . Original engine but fully deleted .
