I bought mine through the search car-part.com. Seems like good stock out there. Refer to Grade A/B etc. Prices seem to be about $10K USD. Miles don't matter too much on these I think. Components do:
Tone ring, starter, thermostat, belt, fuel filter, injectors

Importapart - guy is on Youtube as "IdoCars", really easy to work with - and stands behind what he sells. He did a teardown on one of our Ecodiesels a while back before he knew what causes their failures. He has access to get more if necessary.
