Backup camera upgrade

Hi Everybody,

I've recently had a chance to get into a new 2020 RAM 1500 and I was pleasantly surprised by the backup camera's clarity and definition; compared to my 2014 it was like day and night.
Does anyone know if the new gen cameras are compatible with the 2014 displays? If affirmative, is it just a straight swap or it requires some activation or reprogramming of the head unit by the dealership?

I know my 2014 had a crap camera, upgraded my tailgate cam with mopar replacement and it’s clear enough to count gravel. They get clouded up over time
