Can anyone recommend a scan tool that has wiring diagrams?

Good morning,

I am going to buy a scan tool and I need one that has access to wiring diagrams. I have a 2105 ecodiesel and am having a hard time tracking down the wiring for an inoperative cooling fan. Fan is good, works with commands from the AC and tests with a scan tool that can activate the fan. It appears that the ecu is sending the signal for a few seconds when graphed and that is when the error code pops up. It seems like these diagrams are top secret! Thanks for any help!

Not a scan tool but incredibly helpful with wiring diagrams and how to info. Alldatadiy reasonably inexpensive for an annual subscription and it is always up to date
