Can't open 2nd drawer of center console.

Hello Forum Members, I have a 2015 Ram Echo-Diesel 1500 and I am unable to open the lower bottom center console box drawer which is , between the two front seats. When I press the release lever in this area the bottom box does not open. The release leaver clicks but won't open. I have attached photos of the top and lower bottom console box areas. You can see the lids and the locking part of the lower bottom console box drawer and release leaver that will not open when I press the release leaver of the lower console. Thanks to all that respond with advice. Placide
